Can the transaction fee be transferred to the buyer?
Yes, this is possible. In the project settings under the "Tariffs and Commissions" section, there's an option to partially or fully transfer the commission to your buyers.
If the users pay the commission, its amount will be displayed on the invoice.
What is 3ds native?
3ds native is a system that additionally monitors fraudulent transactions based on internal indicators.
What payment methods will be available for receiving funds?
After successful project moderation and identity verification, you'll be able to accept payments through bank cards, QIWI, YooMoney, WebMoney, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, highly liquid cryptocurrencies, Perfect Money, Payeer, PayPal, as well as from mobile accounts.
How can I withdraw funds?
For individuals, instant withdrawal is available to plastic cards, QIWI, YooMoney (formerly "Yandex.Wallets"), WebMoney, Perfect Money, Payeer, and highly liquid cryptocurrencies.
For legal entities, funds can be withdrawn to the company's settlement account with which we have a contract.
What is your payment conversion rate?
The average payment conversion rate for cards reaches 98%. For e-wallets, it approaches 100%.
How to export payment statistics?
Payment statistics can be exported in Excel format from the "Details" page.
